Marketing Manager, Residential Sales and MarketingBrands: Cipriani and Mr. CPosition OverviewCipriani is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across its portfolio of residential projects. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of luxury branding, who can seamlessly translate the brand ethos into all forms of communication and public-facing materials.Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing new developments to market, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s heritage of elegance, consistency, and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and execution of marketing materials for new project launches in collaboration with developer project teams, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and sales tools Ensure all communications and deliverables adhere to the respective brand standards, maintaining consistency across tone, visual identity, and messaging Act as a steward of the brand across all public-facing materials, campaigns, and platforms Coordinate cross-brand communication between Cipriani, Mr. C Hotels & Residences, Casa Cipriani and affiliated partners to ensure alignment and clarity Manage project timelines in partnership with development teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are executed on schedule Prepare and deliver weekly reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress, marketing initiatives, and key performance indicators Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that reflects the brand’s positioning Support the planning and execution of launch events, sales gallery experiences, and brand activations Monitor and review marketing outputs to ensure quality control and alignment with overall business objectives Create and continuously update internal brand standards documentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of brand management and experience working within established brand guidelines Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards across all deliverables Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working cross-functionally with development, sales, and creative teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design and project management tools like Photoshop, InDesign, CanvaProfileThe ideal candidate embodies the Cipriani standard—discreet, polished, and precise.
