The People and Culture Coordinator is to support all team members on property. As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient administration of Human Resources functions, fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Creating an engaging work environment for all team members
Seamlessly manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully equipped and ready
Lead dynamic New Hire Orientation sessions, immersing new team members in Hilton Brand expectations and Spire company overview.
Support for all team members with needs they may have to all things Human Resources: Benefits, payroll, HRIS system login or app guidance
Participate and manage volunteer and charity participation
Recruitment of new talent to fill open roles for the property
Compensation: $22-$25/Hour
Physical Demands:
Lift or move boxes weighing up to 25lbs
Stand, walk within hotels areas and sit for long periods of time throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Human Resources Management Certification preferred
Experience:
1 year of previous Human Resources experience or 1 year of full-cycle recruiting
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Previous working within an HRIS system. UKG is a plus
Basic knowledge of employment laws like; EEOC, ADA, Title VII and California State laws applicable to your property.
