Job DescriptionPM&R opening in Baltimore, MDAn established, academically affiliated medical center in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Physiatrist to join its dynamic and multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is a primarily outpatient position offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while contributing to a long-standing and respected Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) program.Position Overview: Full-time, employed position with a focus on outpatient care Broad patient mix including musculoskeletal medicine, pain management, spasticity, concussion, electrodiagnostics, and cancer rehabilitation Perform peripheral and ultrasound-guided injections, toxin injections, and other PM&R procedures Participate in resident teaching, research, and academic activities within an accredited PM&R residency program Limited inpatient call required (residents provide in-house coverage) Excellent clinical support and collaboration with experienced physiatrists and multidisciplinary staff* Faculty appointment available through regional academic partnershipsQualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Eligible for Maryland medical license Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Academic interest in teaching or research preferred New graduates welcome to applyCompensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $215K–$225K, commensurate with experience Opportunity for additional incentive compensation Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plans (403b/457b) CME allowance and paid time off Life insurance and malpractice coverage* Supportive, collegial academic environmentCommunity Information:Located in Baltimore, Maryland, this position offers access to both vibrant city life and peaceful suburban communities.
