Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Service Worker based in Richmond, VA. The Food Service Worker will assist in daily food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the dining area remains clean and welcoming. In this role, the individual will help meet the needs of guests by providing efficient, friendly service while prioritizing quality at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service-related tasks.Knowledge and adherence to Food Safety and hygiene standards.Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience.Experience in Food & Beverage handling and operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry is a plus.Reliable, punctual, and able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
