Project Executive – Food & Beverage ConstructionLocation: Dallas, TX or Lexington, KY (relocation allowance provided)A leading design-build firm is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale, complex projects in the Food & Beverage market. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of strategy, execution, financial performance, and client relationships on projects exceeding $200M+.What You'll Do:Lead one major project or multiple high-complexity builds from preconstruction through closeoutOwn P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlDevelop and drive project execution strategy across design, procurement, and constructionOversee master scheduling, identify risks early, and implement corrective actionsServe as the primary client contact, managing relationships beyond the PM levelEnsure contract compliance, change management, and documentation accuracyPartner with A/E, MEP, and Field Operations teams to ensure alignment and performanceMonitor procurement of equipment, subcontractors, and materials to optimize cost and scheduleLead risk management planning and mitigation across all phases of the projectMentor and develop Project Managers, building strong, accountable teamsWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of construction leadership experience in design-build or industrial marketsProven track record managing large, complex projects ($100M–$200M+) with full P&L accountabilityStrong experience in Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or process-driven environmentsDeep understanding of multiple contract types (GMP, lump sum, cost-plus, CM)Experience leading proposals, estimating, and execution planningAbility to navigate technical engineering and design discussions with clients and partnersDemonstrated success improving project margins and delivering on aggressive schedulesExperience managing projects with significant process equipment procurement/installationWhy This Role:This is a high-impact leadership position within a fully integrated design-build environment.
