Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work.Job OverviewThe Market Leader works closely with the Division Vice President to foster a service culture that supports Macy’s initiatives and an exceptional customer experience within a designated market. This role leads store managers and collaborates with regional and support teams to drive sales and profitability, build a high-performing, engaged organization, and ensure seamless execution of merchandising priorities, a friction-free customer experience, enhanced selling capabilities, and customer loyalty. This role is a developmental, time-bound position designed to prepare leaders for potential placement as a Division Vice President. It is limited to a 24-month period and requires mobility for nationwide opportunities.
