Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to start their career in an administrative or office support capacity.
ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the office and team members
Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized records
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support data entry tasks and maintain spreadsheets/databases
Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory
Help coordinate small projects, events, or team initiatives as needed
Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
Schedule & CompensationFull-time, MondayFriday

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
