About the job Physical Therapist - Home HealthPhysical Therapist - Home HealthStillwater, OK | Full-Time | Weekdays OnlyAre you a Physical Therapist looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient care without constant weekends or burnout?Were partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Stillwater, Oklahoma to hire a Home Health Physical Therapist who enjoys delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across different settings.This role offers a flexible 40hr weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients recovery journeys-right where they need it most.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for performing Physical Therapeutic services for home care patients with disease/disability, providing preventive health measures, and providing services on an intermittent in accordance with plan of care.Caseload: 45 minute appointments, 5-7 patients/day, 15-20 patients/week depending on need and frequency.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of an CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program, DPT preferred.Active OK Physical Therapy license.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Drivers License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.Automobile liability insurance required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shiftAble to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.)Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.How to ApplyIf you're a skilled PT looking for a flexible schedule, excellent pay, and a collaborative care environment, wed love to hear from you.
