The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their signage needs, providing recommendations, and developing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with graphic designers and production teams, and meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building and managing client relationshipsSales and customer service experience, including lead generation and closing dealsBasic knowledge of graphic design, signage products, or related industries is a plusOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in office tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM systemsAbility to work collaboratively with design and production teamsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
