Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager‐level PMO leader to run a AI Data Enablement Program at a major financial services firm, with a strong focus on program governance, executive storytelling, and communications. Candidates must be understand AI, and modernization concepts in order to translate complex initiatives into clear, outcome‐driven narratives for executive stakeholders—including materials prepared directly for C-Suite level managers.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & PMO LeadershipStand up and run the PMO for the AI Data Enablement ProgramTrack program milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery progressUse Excel and structured reporting to quantify progress, outcomes, and readinessPartner with funding and planning stakeholders to support investment governance and financial transparencyExecutive Communications & StorytellingLead communications for the programDevelop concise, high‐impact storytelling for senior leadershipCreate 2–3 slide executive decks that clearly articulate:Program vision and outcomesProgress against milestonesRisks, decisions, and next stepsDraft clear executive‐level narratives and paragraphs for CEO‐ and Board‐level communicationsTranslate complex data and AI modernization efforts into plain‐language business valueRequired QualificationsExceptional executive storytelling, writing, and presentation skills5+ years of experience as a PMO, Program ManagerStrong Excel capability for tracking and quantifying program progressComfortable operating with senior executives and C‐suite stakeholdersComfortable understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts (without needing to be technical)Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‐moving, high‐visibility environmentNice to HaveExperience supporting CTO‐led programs (Transformation)AI, data modernization, or enterprise data governance exposurePrior experience preparing materials for CEO or Board audiencesExperience standing up PMOs from scratchSalary may be negotiable
