As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.   We also help our employees build great careers. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. MSDE School Age clock hour certification  Classroom Experience working with children in a classroom setting, often through student teaching or internships. Classroom Management Skills includes proficiency in managing classroom behavior, creating a positive learning environment, and implementing discipline strategies.
