CNC SupervisorCNC Supervisor - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00584 Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits This full-time, permanent role oversees CNC machining, grinding, and assembly operations, ensuring high quality, safety, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDirect, train, evaluate, and mentor manufacturing staff while fostering a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.Plan workflows, adjust schedules, maintain inventory levels, and assign daily tasks to balance quality, productivity, cost, and delivery deadlines.Conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and enforce company policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Act as a hands-on technical resource to resolve daily production challenges, perform root-cause analysis, and conduct accident investigations when necessary.Ensure accurate record-keeping, oversee shop-floor safety and housekeeping, and monitor departmental metrics.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a CNC machining environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or technical degree in a related field preferred.Proven track record of managing teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.Strong proficiency with manufacturing software/systems, analytical problem-solving skills, and basic familiarity with using financial statements as a management tool.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance401k Retirement Plan, Profit SharingPaid Vacation, Paid HolidaysTuition reimbursement
