Job Title: Process Analyst Duration: 06/15/2026 to 12/31/2026Location: Westbrook Maine 04092 Pay Rate: $25.71 - $27.26/hr Role OverviewThe Business Process & Documentation Analyst is responsible for designing, standardizing, and governing how business processes are defined, documented, and operationalized across the Software Implementations and Customer Success organization.This role serves as a critical bridge across Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support-ensuring that processes are clearly documented, aligned to strategic objectives, consistently executed, and continuously improved. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Strategy & Governance- Define and evolve the enterprise-wide strategy for how processes are created, documented, stored, and maintained- Establish standards for process architecture, including end-to-end journeys, SOPs, and work instructions- Design governance models to ensure processes remain current and aligned to business priorities- Align process design with organizational strategy, customer experience, and commercial goals Process Standardization & Optimization- Review all existing SOPs, workflows, and documentation- Identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and gaps; align to a global standard operating model- Standardize end-to-end implementation lifecycle processes- Define clear handoffs between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support- Define clear handoffs during the Deployment process amongst Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Data Conversions and Software Trainers to ensure smooth customer experience Cross-Functional Alignment- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure processes reflect real workflows- Define and maintain RACI frameworks to clarify ownership and accountability- Align customer commitments with delivery capabilities Documentation Framework & Knowledge Management- Design and implement a centralized documentation framework- Establish standards for clarity, usability, and accessibility- Ensure documentation is easy to navigate and role-specific- Drive global adoption of documentation best practices AI-Enabled Process Innovation- Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to enhance documentation and workflows- Automate documentation generation and updates- Improve searchability and knowledge retrieval- Identify process inefficiencies using AI insights Qualifications- 5-8+ years in business process, operations, or program management- Experience in software implementations or customer success preferred- Knowledge of process frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma- Experience building SOPs and documentation systems at scale- Experience in cross-functional global environments- Familiarity with knowledge management platforms- Exposure to AI toolsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
