Performance Physical Therapist Position Summary: The Performance Physical Therapist is a key clinical provider who specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on rehabilitation and performance enhancement. This individual works closely with patients to optimize movement, restore function, and improve overall fitness using evidence-based treatment methods. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans. Implement rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy, and strength training to enhance performance and recovery. Educate patients on injury prevention, movement optimization, and long-term health strategies. Collaborate with other therapists, trainers, and healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care. Integrate technology, movement analysis, and functional assessments into treatment protocols. Track patient progress using outcome measures and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and continuing education to enhance clinical skills. Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans for insurance and compliance purposes. Actively participate in team meetings, case discussions, and mentorship opportunities. Assist in community outreach initiatives, workshops, and marketing efforts yearly to build awareness and engagement. Qualifications: Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a strong background in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, manual therapy, and strength & conditioning principles. Excellent patient communication and engagement skills to foster adherence and trust. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, performance-driven  environment. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the field. Pennsylvania Direct Access License Preferred
