Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) HYBRID Salary or Contract Position
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team-- hybrid or face-to-face each day. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism; have a passion for serving children and families; be a great team player who is continuously learning and growing in the profession; and possess a strong background in behavioral health and special education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support clients in achieving their goals
- Provide ongoing monitoring and data collection to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment

Physical Requirements:
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
