We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead the execution of our shoots and motion projects from concept through delivery.Role OverviewThe Producer will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with creative vision. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and problem-solve in real time.This is a hands-on role for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and excited to operate both strategically and tactically across productions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end production of photo, video, and motion projects (pre-production through post-production)Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and production schedulesBuild and maintain detailed shoot books, call sheets, and production documentsSource and manage crews, talent, vendors, locations, and production assetsPartner closely with Account Services to identify, outreach, and secure talentProactively “chase down” assets and ensure all production elements are secured on scheduleConduct shopping and sourcing for wardrobe, props, and set needs as requiredCollaborate with creative directors, clients, and account teams to bring concepts to lifeHandle permits, insurance, and production logisticsOversee shoot days, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving on the flyManage post-production workflows, including editors, retouchers, and motion teamsMaintain and manage team schedules, timelines, and workflows using TrelloEnsure final deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsMaintain strong working relationships with internal teams, freelancers, and vendorsWillingness and ability to travel as needed for shoots and production needsQualifications4–7+ years of experience in production (agency, studio, or in-house)Proven experience producing photo, video, and motion projectsStrong understanding of production budgets, scheduling, and logisticsExperience building shoot books and managing detailed pre-production processesHighly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with clients, creatives, vendors, and internal teamsProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressureExperience using project management tools (Trello preferred)What We OfferFun-loving and casual team environmentConvenient office in Midtown HoustonLarge integrated agency with stable work environmentEstablished, diverse client portfolioCompetitive salaryDiscretionary bonus planExcellent growth and training programs for career development100% employee health insurance coverage401(k) planGenerous paid time off policyInternal promotion strategy
