The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. The Tool Technician will ensure all tools are functioning properly and meet safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of cutting tools (Molder, Router, Saw and Etc.) and equipment.Be a resource for Manufacturing and first line of support for maintenance of equipment.Work with maintenance to resolve major issues on equipment and its function.Perform routine calibrations and adjustments to ensure precision and compliance.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.Collaborate with production teams to identify tool-related issues and provide support.Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.Database tooling library use and management for tooling status and inventories.Stay updated on industry trends and new tool technologies.SHIFT:3rd shift hours: Sunday - Wednesday 7:45 pm - 6:15 am (some overtime required)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in tool maintenance or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Tool Technician or similar role.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Understanding Microsoft Excel, Work and outlook.
