Fragile is building the systems to measure and understand these dynamics, and the Analytics Engineer will help turn messy operational data into the models and metrics the company runs on.About The RoleAs an Analytics Engineer at Fragile, you will convert raw operational complexity into decision-grade data products, tackling some of the most critical problems facing the business. Sitting at the intersection of engineering, finance, risk, and merchant operations, you'll own the analytical layer powering key decisions like underwriting, pricing, and capital allocation.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt that power underwriting, merchant reporting, and portfolio analyticsBuild dashboards, visualizations, and analytical tools that clearly communicate complex findings and help answer high-stakes business questionsPartner closely with engineering and finance to understand our ledger and AP, end-to-endWork as part of a high-impact BizOps team tackling Fragile’s most critical and complex problemsOwn projects end toend: scope analytical requirements, model data, validate outputs, and support high-stakes decisionsWho You AreYou thrive in ambiguous environments where business logic and technical systems intersect.You enjoy owning metrics that matter - not just reporting them, but shaping how they’re defined.You think in systems.
