This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with industrial electrical systems, automation, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on production equipment and facility systemsMaintain and service PLC-controlled systems, motor controls, VFDs, drives, and industrial automation equipmentInstall, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, sensors, and control systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliabilityRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsSupport equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiativesConduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and company safety standardsCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues efficientlyAccurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and work ordersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualificationsPrevious experience as an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and automation systemsAbility to independently troubleshoot and read electrical schematicsExperience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practicesFamiliarity with high-voltage systems and industrial safety standardsStrong mechanical aptitude is a plusAbility to work overtime or flexible hours as neededEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical certification, trade school, or apprenticeship preferredWork EnvironmentIndustrial metals manufacturing facilityExposure to heat, noise, and heavy machineryPhysically active role requiring standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbsWhy Apply?Stable, long-term opportunity in a high-demand skilled tradeHands-on work with advanced industrial systems and automationOpportunity to grow within maintenance and engineering teamJ-18808-Ljbffr
