Senoir Development ManagerWashington DC The OpportunityFrontier Development & Hospitality Group is seeking a high caliber Senoir Development Manager to operate as the Project CEO on large scale mixed use and hospitality development projects. This individual will lead the full lifecycle of complex urban developments from acquisition through stabilization, including underwriting, capital structuring, design management, public approvals, construction execution, and investor reporting.Frontier’s current pipeline includes multi-phase public private developments exceeding $1 billion in total capitalization, as well as complex adaptive reuse and mixed income housing initiatives involving layered capital stacks and institutional partners. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, capital partners, and public agencies. For the right candidate, this is a long-term platform building opportunity with meaningful growth and partnership potential.About FrontierFrontier is a Washington DC based real estate acquisition and development firm with more than twenty years of experience investing in multifamily and hospitality assets across multiple states.The firm has developed and acquired over 2,200 hotel keys across Marriott and Hilton branded assets and is actively expanding into large scale mixed use and affordable housing development through public private partnerships. Frontier combines disciplined underwriting, operational expertise, and long term ownership to create durable returns and meaningful community impact.Responsibilities• Lead execution of acquisition and development business plans from sourcing through stabilization• Serve as Project CEO directing all phases of development including feasibility, underwriting, entitlement, design, financing, construction, and closeout• Build and manage high performing consultant teams including architects, engineers, owner representatives, contractors, legal counsel, and third-party advisors• Prepare and defend investment committee memoranda and overall investment rationale• Structure and coordinate project specific debt, equity, and tax credit financing in collaboration with senior leadership• Negotiate and administer contracts with general contractors, architects, consultants, and public agencies• Manage design development, budgeting, bid processes, and construction execution to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget• Interface with municipal agencies and oversee compliance with development agreements and public private partnership obligations• Prepare and present materials to investors, lenders, and key stakeholders• Maintain disciplined control of budgets, schedules, capital draws, risk exposure, and reporting to capital partnersQualifications• 7 to 12 years of experience managing large scale multifamily, mixed use, or hospitality development projects• Demonstrated experience leading projects through the full development cycle while delivering on time and on budget• Experience with institutional equity partners and complex capital stacks• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capability• Experience navigating public approvals and multi stakeholder environments• Executive presence and superior written and verbal communication skills• Entrepreneurial mindset with long term ownership mentalityWho Should ApplyThis role is best suited for a development professional currently operating within an institutional platform who seeks greater ownership, broader responsibility, and a path toward long term partnership.The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, commercially sharp, highly accountable, has a strong ability to lead a team and motivated by building transformative projects at scale.CompensationCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.Equity participation may be available for exceptional candidates.Long term wealth creation potential aligned with platform growth.
