The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced ER environment, providing immediate and effective care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide rapid assessment and triage of patients in the Emergency Room Deliver high-quality patient care in urgent and critical situations Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly Collaborate with physicians and emergency care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards Must-Have QualificationsActive RN License in the state of New Mexico Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire Nice-To-Have Qualifications1+ year of Emergency Room (ER) experience 1+ year of overall nursing experience Required SkillsStrong emergency and critical care skills Excellent triage and prioritization abilities Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Strong communication and teamwork skills Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities Education & CertificationAssociate Degree in Nursing (required) Active RN License (New Mexico) BLS Certification (required) ACLS, PALS, TNCC (within 6 months of hire) Work EnvironmentHospital Emergency Department Fast-paced, high-acuity setting Collaborative multidisciplinary team
