Agricultural Service Technician

This role involves performing diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on both customer-owned and dealer-owned agricultural equipment. Key Responsibilities Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural machinery. Engage in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain the condition of service vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment. Ensure a clean and organized work environment while completing tasks efficiently. Adhere to all safety protocols while performing job assignments. Complete necessary reports and forms associated with work responsibilities. Account for all hours worked and materials used during job duties. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in service repairs. Capability to execute basic repairs and maintain equipment using specialized tools in line with Technical Manual procedures. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems relevant to agricultural equipment repair. Effective oral and written communication skills. Capacity to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly. Basic Service Technician certification is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; an Associate's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
