Customer Service Associate

Overview This position is much more than shipping and receiving. Our Customer Care Associate is responsible for making sure every garment that arrives is perfect before it reaches our clients. They verify every order for accuracy, prepare each item in luxury packaging worthy of Neiman Marcus, manage our seasonal fabric inventory, help maintain the appearance of our showroom, and play an important role in delivering the level of service our clients expect. Our clients are some of the most successful business leaders in Dallas, so this individual would also gain exposure to professionalism, responsibility, customer service, and attention to detail that will benefit them the rest of their life. Not every person is destined for college, and I've always enjoyed helping young people discover that they can build an outstanding future through hard work, dependability, and pride in what they do.
