This is a front-line revenue role focused on building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping win work across special inspections, materials testing, and structural investigation services.We're open on experience level — 1–2 years in sales/BD is a plus, but not required. We care more about energy, ownership, and ability to build relationships than years on paper.What You'll DoBuild and manage relationships with general contractors, developers, engineers, and owner's repsIdentify and pursue new project opportunities across ChicagoGenerate leads through outreach, networking, and industry eventsCoordinate with internal team on proposals, pricing, and strategyTrack pipeline activity and opportunities (CRM discipline matters)Support and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visitsHelp position Fenagh as a go-to partner on projects before they go out to bidWhat We're Looking For0–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roleStrong communicator. Comfortable reaching out cold and building relationshipsCompetitive mindset.
