Hotel Front Desk Agent
We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now!Responsibilities:Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsHandle customer complaints as necessaryWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationQualifications:1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferredPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsHigh school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalentAbout Company:A downtown Cincinnati icon since 1931, the Netherland Plaza's authentic French Art Deco architecture and design are recognized as a National Historic Landmark.
