As a key player and coach in our high-tech manufacturing environment, he/she oversees planning, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing to ensure the seamless flow of materials and components.Position Responsibilities:· Lead and develop the supply chain team by providing training, resources, and mentorship to ensure optimal execution of supply chain strategies and objectives across inventory, planning, scheduling, and buying functions.· Procurement: Strategically source and procure materials and equipment, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.· Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels through demand forecasting, planning, and execution, including cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.· Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effective partnerships.· Foster cross-functional collaboration with departmental supervisors to align supply chain activities with production requirements, ensuring timely delivery of necessary components and materials to maintain optimal production flow.· Logistics: Oversee the efficient movement and storage of goods, from point of origin to final destination.· Quality Assurance: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain robust quality control processes.· Operational Efficiency: Leverage data analytics to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing productivity.· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, including setting and achieving performance metrics.· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges, minimizing disruptions and maximizing operational efficiency.· Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to forecast demand and align supply chain operations accordingly.· Demonstrate versatility and adaptability by applying specialized knowledge and skills to support broader company objectives as directed by management.Required Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or equivalent experience.· 5+ years of supply chain management.· Willing to step in when needed but also capable of delegating and driving team growth. · Expertise in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.· Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation.· Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.· Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems and how to make them work for the company.Mobile Pro Systems proudly provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, persons with disabilities, LBGTQ+ individuals, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
