We focus on high-quality work, strong customer relationships, and building a team that takes pride in what they do.Position OverviewWe are hiring a licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong commercial service experience.This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing issues, making repairs, and keeping commercial systems running. You’ll work directly with customers and represent our company in the field.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair commercial plumbing systemsPerform service work: drain cleaning, leak detection, fixture repair/replacement, troubleshootingWork across multiple property types (restaurants, gyms, hotels, retail, etc.)Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutionsMaintain clean, organized job sitesLead and work alongside apprentices/helpers on jobs that require multiple team membersRequirementsActive Texas Journeyman Plumbing LicenseStrong commercial service experienceAbility to work independently in commercial environmentsAbility to lead and work with an apprentice/helper when neededStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and tight spacesProfessional, reliable, and customer-focusedValid driver’s license with a clean recordCompensation$30–$40/hour (based on experience)Consistent, year-round workGrowth & IncentivesPerformance-based raises and bonuses (earned, not automatic)Take-home truck + gas card available based on performance and trustOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyScheduleSchedule varies based on workloadSome weeks may be standard hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)Other weeks may include after-hours or off-hour work depending on job requirementsDispatch communicates schedules in advanceWhy Join MagicTrue commercial-focused work (not just residential)We hold each other accountable, and support one another.
