Senior Data Integration Programmer

Overview In this role you will oversee financial systems design, implementation, and maintenance to support budgeting, accounting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions and ensure data integrity through controls and audits. You will drive integration and automation, develop ETL pipelines, and provide financial insights to senior management. ResponsibilitiesOversee design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems (accounting software, budgeting tools, reporting)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver scalable data solutionsEnsure data integrity through audits and controlsIdentify opportunities for system improvements and implement changesPrepare and present financial reports to senior management with key insightsCollaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecastsSupport project managers in tracking budgets and financial performanceDesign, develop, and implement ETL workflows using SSIS to meet business needsIntegrate data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, CSV, Excel, XML, JSON)Develop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for ETL and Power BIBuild custom ETL components using C# and PythonDesign and maintain data models, schemas, tables, views, and indexesImplement data validation and cleansing processesMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration workflows and SQL Agent jobs Key requirementsStrong understanding of software development methodologiesAbility to lead software development projects in cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of professional services industry workflows (project accounting, billing, time & expense, budgeting, CRM)Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, ExcelProven experience developing/integrating APIs using C# or Python and PostmanExperience with XML and JSON data formatsExperience with Deltek APIs and integration frameworksExperience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint preferredMinimum 2 years' experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting toolsColaboration and teamworkAnalytical mindsetAttention to detailMS SQL ServerSQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Power BI
