Title: Learning Technical Trainer II Location: TX - Irving, 75039Start Date - End Date: 10/27/2025 - 01/17/2026Job Description:The Learning Technical Trainer II is responsible for planning, developing and conductingstandardized Business systems training programs to meet the organizations Businesssystem requirements, new business objectives and regulatory guidelines. The LearningTechnical Trainer trains and serves as a resource for super users, end users for enterprisesystems (i.e ERP - Infor, Kronos, Concur, Office 365) as well as other designatedapplication(s) while maintaining training curriculum and delivering ongoing Businesssystem education. They will be responsible for building, maintaining and testing of thetraining environment. The Trainer will assist with the development of training content andtraining classes related to Business applications and technology. In addition, this role willassist with learning delivery process improvement and the communication of projectstatus updates, system design abilities and other related information to the variousdepartments within the organization. The Trainer will deliver informal and formal learningsolutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
