Akkodis is seeking a System Engineer / Field Service Engineer - Skaneateles, NY, for a 10 months ContractRate Range: $50.00 - $53.00 P/HR.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Role And Responsibilities:Experience: Mid-level, 3–4 years; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.Core Role: Provide Tier 2 technical support for pumps and vital science devices, supporting Service Operations.Key Skills: Linux, troubleshooting, TCP/IP networking, network servers, virtual machines, basic Excel, and technical documentation.Responsibilities: Develop documentation, support training, provide technical feedback on designs/tools, and work with R&D, Marketing, and Service teams.Ideal Background: System Engineer or Field Service Engineer with Linux, networking, data centre, and systems experience.Industry: Medical or non-medical backgrounds are acceptable.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
