Project Manager - Bear, DEDuration: 6+ months | Remote/HybridResponsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. This role involves risk management, team collaboration, resource management, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute projects, working with stakeholders and overseeing daily operations.Develop and maintain project plans with objectives, timelines, and milestones.Manage business requirements gathering, analysis, and maintenance.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining a RAID log.Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration.Drive cross-functional collaboration, including subject matter expert coordination.Oversee testing efforts and ensure scope coverage.Document and regularly provide status updates.Develop and execute clear, accurate, and timely project communications.Establish and facilitate a steering committee for governance.Coordinate and lead core project meetings.Translate concepts and data into accessible information for stakeholders.Must-Have Qualifications:Experience with CMS Advance Planning Documents (APDs) including IAPD and OAPD updates.Ability to translate MES technical project milestones into actionable documentation for Federal approval.
