Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Security Guard/Concierge - Part Time Join the security and customer service team at The Glen, a full-service retirement community. Our security team provides for a safe, secure environment for residents, employees, and visitors. The Security Guard position responds to both medical and fire alarms, as well as other resident requests. This position also has a customer service role, providing concierge and general customer service to residents. This position requires computer skills, good oral and written communications, interpersonal and analytical skills sufficient to document investigative activities. Additional qualifications include: A valid NYS Security license required 2 years experience Valid/clean NYS driver's license High School Diploma or GED required Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
