Role Description The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing legal cases, preparing motions, conducting research, handling depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing legal documents, preparing briefs, and collaborating with other legal professionals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hackensack, NJ, requiring a high level of legal expertise and attention to detail. Qualifications Proficient knowledge of Law and legal principlesExperience with preparing and reviewing MotionsStrong Research skills applicable to legal documentation and case preparationFamiliarity with conducting Depositions and evidentiary processesExperience with court procedures, filings, and proceedingsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal teamJuris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in New JerseyPrior experience in litigation is an advantage
