Job SummaryKey Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to help design, build, and support modern web applications. The ideal candidate has experience delivering user-facing features and backend services in a cloud environment. This person enjoys working across the full stack and is comfortable owning features from development through deployment.In this role you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while continuing to grow your technical depth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain full stack web applications using C#, .NET, and ReactDesign and implement RESTful APIs and backend servicesBuild clean, reusable, and responsive UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSSWrite efficient, maintainable code and contribute to architectural decisions as appropriateWork with SQL databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimizationCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver business valueParticipate in code reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stackSupport deployments and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps-related activitiesWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with C# and .NET (.NET Core or newer)Hands-on experience building applications with ReactExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIsSolid experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)Familiarity with Entity Framework or comparable ORM toolsExperience using Git and modern version control workflowsUnderstanding of software development best practices (testing, performance, maintainability)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when neededNice To HaveExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsExperience writing unit and integration testsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesSalary Range: $80,000 - 100,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule.
