Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers)The Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers) is responsible for generating revenue and executing our sales methods in their designated geographical area. As a Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers), your roles and responsibilities will include:Meet or exceed quota established for a specific territoryGenerate leads by cold calling in person and on the phoneAnswer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional servicesAttend conventions and represent the companyMove customers through the sales cycleCreate and close emotional sales opportunitiesThrive in an extremely fast-paced work environmentJuggle multiple time-sensitive processes at oncePossess the grit and determination to deal with rejection and continue onDeal with customer objections and turn them into a saleThe unquenchable thirst to sellPerform product demosDevelop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company's clinical specialists, and partner personnel within the Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectivesCross-sell productsCollaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotasSatisfy all the Company's Customer Care and Finance requirements as establishedProvide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce)Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons, Urologists, OB/GYN, and private Practice Physicians)Assist in closing deals with Territory Sales ManagersMentor and provide support for the Territory Sales Managers. (This position requires 60% travel as needed)Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers) who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers) would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:High School, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience2 years sales experience preferably in Medical or Capital Sales ExperienceMedical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience a plus.We understand that even if you are a seasoned Sales Manager (Aesthetic Lasers) you may not have all the skills listed here.Compensation: Based on Experience.
