About the CompanyA rapidly expanding behavioral health provider is seeking licensed clinicians to support a pediatric and adolescent population through a blend of in-person and virtual care delivery. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven, team-oriented environment focused on improving access to high-quality mental health services.About the RoleThis role involves delivering individual and group therapy to children and adolescents (up to age 18) and creating and managing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.ResponsibilitiesDeliver individual and group therapy to children and adolescents (up to age 18) Create and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches Apply measurement-based care to monitor client progress and outcomes Partner with interdisciplinary team members on care coordination and case consultation Participate in ongoing training, development, and peer collaboration Engage in community-facing initiatives and outreach efforts Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to early-career clinicians, as appropriateQualificationsActive, unrestricted New York clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D, or equivalent) Completion of required post-graduate supervised clinical hours Availability to support afternoon and early evening client demand Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) very important Additional experience with exposure-based interventions and caregiver-focused training approaches is a plus Successful completion of a relevant national licensing exam Clinical experience across a range of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges) Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional growth Experience in both in-person and telehealth care delivery Prior supervision experience is beneficial but not required Interest in working with youth and families strongly preferredPreferred SkillsM-F: 9-5 35 hours a week, hoping for flexibility if needed during hours of 3pm - 6:30pm Optional Saturday morning hours (partial day) Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days remotePay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary (generally within the mid-to-upper $75K to $105K range, depending on experience and credentials) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage Retirement savings plan options Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Stipends for remote work setup, wellness, and continuing education Reimbursement for license and professional development expensesEqual Opportunity StatementThe organization is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace and delivering equitable care.
