We are seeking a Container Export Documentation Specialist / hands-on Warehouse Manager who can lead operations, manage staff, and interact directly with customers. This is not a basic warehouse role—we need someone smart, organized, and computer-savvy who can handle both physical and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including vehicle receiving and container loading.Operate and supervise forklift activities.Manage and train warehouse staff for efficiency and safety.Communicate with customers about pricing, rates, and service details.Perform mid-level computer tasks: data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.Ensure compliance with export regulations and company standards. Requirements:Full-time, on-site only (no remote or hybrid exceptions).Proven experience in warehouse management or freight forwarding/NVOCC industry preferred.Strong computer proficiency (beyond basic typing—Excel, inventory systems, documentation).Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a hands-on environment and operate forklifts.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
