Responsibilities Alabama Clinical Schools has been a behavioral healthcare provider in the Birmingham area for over 20 years. Our treatment services range from intensive residential treatment for males ages 9-18 to therapeutic foster care for males and females of all ages. Our RISE and Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care programs for boys are the only programs of their kind in the State of Alabama. Collaborates with members of other disciplines. Observes patient behavior for changes in order to intervene therapeutically, guide non-professional nursing staff, communicate changes to appropriate staff, and record changes. Assists with the staffing process for nursing issues.
