FOREMAN GROUND UP

Ground Up ForemanSeeking ground up foreman in the NYC area for immediate hire. Required experience: minimum 10 years experience in ground up NYC construction management, minimum 5 ground up projects from start to finish. Project experience on mid to high rise projects (15 to 40 stories plus). Exposure to or willingness to work in open shop / non-union environment. Salary $125-175k plus benefits. Must provide complete resume as well as project list. References will be required during the interview process.
