Key ResponsibilitiesOwn net new enterprise pipeline from first outreach through close, working complex multi-stakeholder deals that often span 10–12 monthsBuild and execute territory and account strategies to hit pipeline and revenue targetsEngage decision makers across Brand, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive consensusCraft tailored proposals and guide clients through complex buying processesLeverage CRM and AI-powered tools to manage pipeline and forecast accuratelyCollaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to support deal progression and ensure seamless client handoffsRepresent the company at industry events to generate opportunities and build brand presenceDay to Day ResponsibilitiesProspect and conduct outreach to identify and engage new enterprise opportunitiesManage active pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and forecastingDeliver consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and align solutionsPrepare and present proposals tailored to client requirementsNegotiate contract terms and support clients through purchasing processesCoordinate with internal teams to support deal progressionApply AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and qualificationPreferred Experience and AttributesProven track record closing large enterprise accounts and exceeding quota in SaaS or technology salesExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong outbound instincts — you build pipeline, you don't wait for itConsultative approach with ability to uncover needs and articulate valueComfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functionsProficiency with CRM tools and data-driven forecastingPassion for creativity, design, or innovation is a plus
