Feed Mill Loadout Operator - 2nd shift

Feed Mill Loadout Operator Play a key role in the success of our feed mill operations as a Feed Mill Loadout Operator. In this position, you'll work closely with drivers and internal teams to safely and accurately load feed, ensuring every delivery meets quality standards and stays on schedule. Your focus on precision, teamwork, and safety helps keep our operation running efficiently and supports the farmers and customers who depend on us every day. Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3pm 11pm Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Properly load delivery vehicles with the specified weights and types of feed as instructed by drivers and the panel operator, maneuver vehicles on the scale and in the yard as needed. Collaborate closely with Feed Mill operations to guarantee efficient loading and unloading of feed. Keep track of and communicate the status of deliveries, including any delays or issues. Ensure accurate documentation of feed inventory, delivery schedules, and driver logs. Weigh bulk feed ingredient trucks in and out, maintaining precise scale records. This position also assists with receiving tasks, including unloading trucks and rail cars, among other responsibilities. This role is also tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the scale house and other designated work areas as deemed necessary. Minimum Education and Experience High School or equivalent. 6 months of steady work history in the last year. Reading, writing and math skills required. Ability to complete required documentation. Ability to analyze and resolve problems at a functional level. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and a commitment to excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability, knowledge and commitment to put safety above everything else while achieving established goals. Preferred Education and Experience 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience.
