Advosy just launched our new Tucson office and are hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build and lead our Southern Arizona team.This is a high-income, high-growth opportunity for a proven directs sales professional who wants to step into real leadership.You will sell in the field and build our local sales force in Tucson.What You'll Do Generate roofing and storm restoration business through door-to-door prospecting and canvassingRun roof inspections and insurance-claim appointmentsInterview, train, and develop outside sales repsLead daily field training and ride-alongsEstablish our Tucson market presenceYou'll do all of this alongside our established leadership team with the full support of management and HRCompensation & Growth Base salary plus commission for qualified managersHigh-commission structureLeadership overrides on team productionDirect path to Senior / Regional Leadership as the Tucson office scalesWe are building this market from the ground up.
