Agile Developer 3 - (Java, Spring Boot, Python) Clearance: TS/SCI – Polygraph required Position ID: 09-8811-AD3 Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland Description Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting‐edge technologies. Responsibilities Write Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3 Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps Agile develop and deliver software Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders Required Skills Write Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3 Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps Agile development and delivery of software Communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders Desired Skills Java, Spring Boot or Python JSON Schema Microservice architectures CI/CD tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB query and schema design OAuth/OIDC implementation experience Test frameworks and automation including Cypress and Cucumber Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience. Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years. Salary Range $201k – $245k (Annually) The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
