Scheduler

A mission-driven organization is seeking a Scheduler to support senior leadership through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and strategic administrative support. This role serves as a key partner to executives, helping manage priorities, streamline scheduling logistics, and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced professional environment.Responsibilities:Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetingsCoordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure executive priorities are alignedServe as a primary point of contact for scheduling requests and calendar changesTrack key meetings, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completionCoordinate travel arrangements and related logistics as neededSupport special projects and executive initiativesMaintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordinationQualifications:2+ years of professional experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or high-level stakeholdersExperience within a nonprofit, advocacy, government affairs, policy, or mission-driven organization preferredStrong calendar management and scheduling experienceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAll interested candidates in this Scheduler opportunity and other fulltime administrative opportunities across the D.C. area please send your resume to Casey Kendall via LinkedIn or to casey.kendall@roberthalf.com
