Program Coordinator
What this job involves - The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various programs across the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and schedulesCoordinating project activities and ensuring tasks are completed on timeMonitoring project progress and reporting on key performance indicatorsFacilitating communication between team members, contractors, and clientsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentationAssisting in resource allocation and schedulingTracking project expenses and supporting budget managementDesired experience and technical skills:Requirements:Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in workBasic understanding of project management principlesPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in a project coordination roleKnowledge of budgeting and financial trackingCertification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
