🚨 Hiring: Project Manager – P&C Insurance📍 Location: Iselin, NJ / Manhattan, NY – Hybrid (3 days/week)⏳ Duration: Long Term💼 Experience: 12+ Years🛂 Visa: Any🤝 Final Round: Face-to-FaceKey Requirements:12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in P&C Insurance Project/Program Management.Strong experience managing end-to-end insurance technology implementations, modernization, and transformation programs.Good understanding of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Renewals, Rating, and Agent/Broker processes.Experience managing cross-functional, offshore/onshore, and multi-vendor teams.Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies, project governance, RAID, risk, budget, and stakeholder management.Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) experience is a plus.Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
