P&C Project Manager

Key Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in P&C Insurance Project/Program Management.
Strong experience managing end-to-end insurance technology implementations, modernization, and transformation programs.
Good understanding of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Renewals, Rating, and Agent/Broker processes.
Experience managing cross-functional, offshore/onshore, and multi-vendor teams.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies, project governance, RAID, risk, budget, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) experience is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
