The Lakeside Restaurant & Lounge sits on the waterfront overlooking our beautiful 168-acre lake. Our work environment includes: * Flexible working hours * Lively atmosphere * Duties: - Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Uphold a positive and friendly attitude towards guests at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required -Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner Hour Shifts Available -Must be 21 years of age or older -Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation We offer competitive pay rates, employee meal discounts and flexible scheduling.
