Area Sales Manager
The Opportunity: This is a fantastic Area Sales Manager opportunity with a hi-growth stage surgical device leader seeking a true hunter with 5+ years of surgical sales experience in capital equipment and disposables in the suction/irrigation and vascular products space. You should be adept at navigating the sales process with Value Analysis Committees in hospitals and preferably, experience selling for startups or in a startup/early stage environment.Territory: All of Northern California but the preferred base is within the SF Bay Area to Sacramento corridor.Call Points: Vascular surgeons, neurovascular, cardiovascular, and reconstructive; robotic users across all specialties including urology, general, bariatric, colorectal, GYN, thoracic, Value Analysis Committee (VACs)Core values alignment: Integrity, trust, grit, resilience, agility, emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, strong communicationCompensation: First year OTE of $225k UNCAPPED, car allowance and mileage, full benefits, 401K with match, travels expenses coveredThese are exciting times!
