Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Germantown, Tennessee Assignment Dates: January 5, 2026 – April 4, 2026 Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Germantown, TN. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and support patients in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional independence through evidence-based rehabilitation practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and functional limitationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and pain managementDeliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional mobility exercisesTreat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical procedures, and chronic illnessesMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Care ManagementEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, adaptive techniques, and long-term wellness strategiesMaintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR systems in compliance with regulatory and facility standardsApply sound clinical judgment supported by anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation scienceQualificationsActive Tennessee Physical Therapist LicenseMinimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience (inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, or post-acute preferred)Strong knowledge of functional mobility, gait mechanics, and neuromuscular retrainingExperience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, geriatric, and neurological patient populationsProficiency with EMR documentationExcellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensationWeekly direct deposit
